Mozart's birthday -- his 252nd -- was Sunday, the 27th. And contrary to what I've thought for the last very many years, he did not write "Twinkle, twinkle little star." He did write variations on that melody, however. And they're fabulous. And this guy (Fazil Say, whom I never heard of before) plays them brilliantly (though you may want to close your eyes).
