Footnote: What's the opposite of technological advance? Technological retardation? (Apologies, Ralph.) It used to be very easy to embed Picasa slideshows on this blog, but not any longer. And once they finally are embedded, they're not visible on iPhones and iPads, because Apple won't support Flash; hence the text link in the first line of this post. Curses!
