Re: Moosewood Cookbook's "Spinach-Rice Casserole":

• The recipe calls for 2 pounds of spinach. Two pounds! I used 22 ounces -- the perfect amount.
• If you prepare the dish for two sweet women, they'll tell you it's very good. They're lying. It's terrible.
