I used an RCA cable (the one with red, white, and yellow connectors) to hook a Roku (www.roku.com) up to our 5-year-old TV.
Roku can communicate with a router wirelessly, but our TV (and, thus, our Roku) is too far away from our router. Wireless communication didn't work.
Maybe some day I'll find a way to boost the power of our router or maybe I'll move it closer to our TV. Not today, however. Instead, I bought a 100-foot ethernet cable to connect Roku with the router. Not an elegant solution, but it works.

Roku
Roku is a really, really, really easy way to "stream" (some) Netflix movies onto your TV.  Not necessarily, however, a way to do it wirelessly.  As I said to a friend earlier today:
