A cloudy day

MicroSoft's SkyDrive gives you 25 GB of free storage "in the cloud" (description here; download here). I'm not sure what I want to do with it, and transferring files to and from it is pretty slow, but that's just too good to pass up. Maybe I'll put our photos out there, as an off-site backup in addition to our "on-site" back-up. You know, suspenders and a belt and all that.

SkyDrive is a little like DropBox, and I love DropBox. Skydrive, however, is much slower and less intuitive than DropBox--but with waaay more storage space.

aDrive offers even more free storage, 50 GB, but I haven't looked into it yet. Nor have I focused much on Gladinet, which looks like it might make SkyDrive and aDrive more user-friendly.
