Google's translation service looks pretty good to me.
For example, "I will come in about 20 minutes" is converted into Spanish as :

Yo iré en unos 20 minutos,

and into Arabic as:

وسأعود في حوالي 20 دقيقة

both of which look pretty good to me.

But the German,

Ich werde in ca. 20 Minuten

has a word left off, doesn't it?

"Hello" in Bulgarian is

Привет

which, if I'm transliterating correctly is romanized as

privet
