Unprecedented

Until my visit to the hardware store yesterday, I'm sure I never heard the phrase "best vice-president."

Update: Google reports about 700 hits for "best vice president" and about 200 for "greatest vice-president." From a quick sampling, it appears to me that none of these pages actually lists anyone who distinguished himself in that office.
