Who da chef?

For your (OK, our) dining pleasure:
  • Lime seared scallops over baby spinach -- These plump white scallops are presented in a nest of bright green barely cooked spinach leaves; crispy sweet caramelized walnuts create sharp contrast to the tender mollusks, which have been marinated in tart lime zest and tarragon.
  • Tomato and cracked wheat salad -- It may remind you of tabbouleh, but tomatoes (and feta!) are the star here.
  • Fresh corn on the cob -- Swimming in butter, salted to perfection.
A veritable rainbow of a meal: white scallops, brown walnuts, green spinach, red tomatoes, yellow corn.
