Vacations?

Just thinking out loud: Maybe a trip through the northeast later this summer, and a trip out west in the spring?

The northeast trip would involve a lot of driving. Like, for example,

• Vienna to Boston, 8 hrs
• Boston to Montreal, 5 hrs
• Montreal to Lake Placid, 2 hrs
• Lake Placid to Philadelphia, 6 1/2 hrs
• Philadelphia to Vienna, 3 hrs

I'd guess that we might be looking to stay 2 or 3 days each in Boston, Montreal, and the Adirondacks (it wouldn't have to be Lake Placid), and maybe 1 day in Philadelphia. So this would probably be a two week trip.

In the spring, we might try to see some national parks, like Bryce, Zion, and Yosemite. I suppose Yellowstone would be too much of a stretch.
